Exchange and returns

Not happy with the purchased rug? Please read the information below carefully and follow the process to return.
We ship our rugs from our locations in the Nettherlands, Denmark and Belgium. You have the right to withdraw the contract without giving any reason but we prefer if you contact us before you ship the carpet back. This way we can optimise the return flow and make sure you get your mony back as fast as possible. 

30 day money back guarantee

  • According to European law the official return period is 14 days after arrival of the product, however we have extended this period to 30 days, just to give you more time to decide upon your purchase and to give you a more flexible time fame to go to the post office.
  • If you decide to return your rug within the 30 days it has to be in unaltered condition and should not have been used. Please pack the rug the same way as you have received it.
  • Returns within 30 days are free of charge. The refund will be made to the payment method you used when purchasing.
  • In case the product returned is not in the original condition we reserve the right to reject the return. In this case you might receive none or a partly refund. If you in such a case, then wish to have the product returned again,  shipping costs are the customers responsibility.

Return process

To provide a hassle free return process and a fast money back service follow these easy steps:

  • Step 1:
    Inform us about your return via our contact page. We will give provide you with the return details and a shipping label.In case you want to exchange your rug for another one please provide us with details.
  • Step 2: 
    Go to your local <parcel point> and deliver your rug.
  • Step 3:
    Give us a few days (usually 3-4 days) after we have received to rug to arrange the refund. 
  • Step 4:
    Despite the return we hope to see back again in the future.

Return form

You can also use the European model withdrawal form to inform us that you are canceling the purchase. However, use of this form is not mandatory. You can download this return form here.

Error on delivery

If something is wrong with your delivery, or if you receive the wrong or a damaged rug for example, please contact customer service immediately and we will solve the issue as soon as possible.
