Delivery
No shipping costs are charged for deliveries in the Netherlands and Belgium. If the rug has to be delivered abroad, it depends on the exact location. In most cases we use DPD or Verhoef services for this.
What is the delivery time?
When a rug is in stock, it can be delivered within 2 days. Other delivery times are given on the website. In the unlikely event that the delivery time changes, we will contact the customer by telephone.
Who is our carrier?
For rugs above € 1000 or other tailor-made rugs, we deliver by appointment with the customer. There are no costs attached to this.
For other deliveries, we work with delivery companies Van De Hoef Logistiek and DPD delivery services. Van De Hoef Logistiek delivered during the week between 07:00 and 19:00. DPD delivered during the week between 08:00 and 18:00. You can choose which day suits you best. On the day itself you can find out from the delivery service exactly what time they will be there.
What happens if you are not at home when the rug is delivered?
If you can not be present at the agreed time, the rug will be offered to the neighbors or it will be offered again the next day. We will contact the customer again to properly supervise this.
